After a fire, Geneva Cleaners picked up our clothing, bedding and other items that were infiltrated with smoke. They promised that they would call and arrange a delivery in approximately 4 weeks. 5 weeks later, we called them and they stated they were "working things out with the adjustor". 6 weeks later, we called and they were "still working things out with the adjustor" but admitted our things were done and offered a "partial delevery" but could not promise that they would bring the right things. we declined requesting full delivery. 7 weeks later, they were "still working things out with the adjustor". Called the adjustor who stated that everything was worked out and said he would call them. He called back and stated their rep would be calling back to arrange a delivery for tomorrow. They called and stated that when I received the insurance check they would arrange for a delivery. I was LIVID!!!! When the insurance check came, I called and again arranged for a delivery. Upon arrival of my items, the driver stated he was ordered not to unload my belongings untill I had signed over the check to him. I was even MORE LIVID!!!! All other servicing contractors delivered knowing that my insurance was working with them (country companies.....3 thumbs up), but, Geneva Cleaners held my clothing for ransom. I do not even know if they did a good job or not, maybe that is why they hold your laundry ransom, so you can not inspect the inventory or job quality.

Any dry cleaning company can give you back clean clothes. Geneva Cleaners is several steps above. Not only do they do an exceptional job (my clothes came back looking new and neatly pressed--not faded and dull like some other cleaners), but they have proved that they will go above and beyond for the customer. Ever notice the back of your drop-off ticket where reparations for lost or damaged items arent covered, or maybe youll get up to $50? Of course they have limitations--everyone does--but when part of my Hart Shaffner suit was lost, the owner contacted me personally to make sure everything was resolved beyond my satisfaction. Honest mistakes happen anywhere, but only the best companies know how to treat customers with respect and dedication when something goes wrong. Geneva Cleaners has earned a loyal customer, and I see no reason to shop elsewhere!

After a fire they lost part of my belongs. Dragged it out for 6 plus weeks. Originally promised a 48 hour turn around time on my clothes, took them almost 6 days before they returned them. Agreed to a settlement on my lost belongs and never delivered on it. I had to take it up with my insurance company and they settled with me and shorted CRDN (Geneva Cleaners). The owner Eric and his right hand person Sue are liars! I cannot say I would ever recommend them to anyone! I have told all of my coworkers in this neck of the woods to stop using them because of their less than ethical practices.

This place is fantastic - They are always there and willing to help. I cant begin to express my gratitude for the countless times Ive come in with a hectic situation, but they always get the job done when others couldnt! Thank you!
