I often read reviews but never write them, until now. The one thing you absolutely expect from a dry cleaner is to have your garment ready when promised (this is even more important when youre a first time customer like myself). I dropped my blouse off Wednesday night and was told it would be ready after five oclock the following day. After making the trip to pick up my garment, I was told it was done at 3:30pm but the truck left at 3pm from the location where it was laundered, so it was not available for pick-up. This is entirely unexceptable. I would not recommend using this company if time is a primary consideration when looking to have your dry cleaning completed.

Dropped off a suit this morning, was told it would be ready this evening, which I needed since I leave for a wedding out of state tomorrow morning. Went to the store after work. No suit. Was told it would be ready tomorrow after 4. The person working told me it was in Naperville, 45 minutes away, but still wasnt ready. Do t trust these people.
