Contrary to what the previous woman said I took my wedding dress to Nexdry to have it cleaned and preserved and they did such a wonderful job that I recommended it to my sister who took her dress to have it altered a bit. Her bridesmaids also took their dresses there to have alterations done. I doubt that the previous woman has any idea what process they use. When Donna does the alterations herself the work is phenomenal. But, that is the drawback. Donna does all the alterations herself and sometimes she has to hire an outside seamstress to do some work for her to alleviate her tremendous workload. I have been a customer here since 2006 and I absolutely love it. Every time I buy new pants I bring them to Donna and she shortens them perfectly. Also any regular user of cleaners knows that there is something that you sign when you drop off garments such as wedding dresses or leather items so even if you tried to take them to court they have documentation that you agreed to the risks. I have grown very fond of Donna and her work and such comments like that offend me. I have nothing but glowing reviews for this place and would trust no other with my clothes. Do not judge this cleaners by the opinion of one hysterical woman. Overall, they are fantastic.

Do not EVER take a wedding dress to this cleaners for alterations. They obviously have no experience in this area and should have admitted so when we showed up with a $600 dress to be altered. An employee took the dress home to work on it in her basement and when my daughter and I showed up for her fitting there were white marks all over the back of the dress (the satin had melted from a too hot iron) and it had several black dirt marks apparently from being dragged on the basement floor. She also did not know how to make a bustle as it was done completely wrong. They took NO responsibility for their actions and denied any wrong doing. We had to purchase another dress with little time to spare - another $600 and pay a premium to get it altered on such short notice. I tried in vain several times to get the owner to do the right thing but he refused. I told him I wasnt paying for the alterations to my dress and in turn HE felt he was accommodating me for my trouble. I told him I was going to take him to small claims court and he could have cared less. In the past, my entire family has used the services of this cleaners but not anymore. Please be very careful with expensive garments!

My go-to place for dry cleaning and especially tailoring. Store bought pants arent normally the correct length or leg width for me but Donna expertly tailors them to fit and look great each time. My husband used to have allergic reactions to traditional dry cleaning but since weve switched to Nexdry, his skin has not had a flare up. Always friendly, professional, and quick service!

The first time I dropped off dress shirts to be laundered, she charged me to dry clean (almost twice the price). Today I was charged $2 more per shirt because mens small shirts do not fit in the machine.
