many problems with this place. would not recommend parties at elite kids usa. or if you do, avoid working with the party "coordinator" xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx. unprofessional would be way too nice to describe her . she exhibits very poor customer service skills. she called thursday to go over details of the party taking place on saturday. she claimed she had called and left numerous, 7 , messages during the week. no xxxxxxx you did not. calling my wife a liar doesnt help your cause. if booking a party with this place, avoid her at all costs. also if booking a party purchased through groupon - read the fine print. you will be paying for a lot of add-ons also because we had 1 extra friend rsvp they charged us an additional 50.00 because now they would need 3 staff members to "watch" the kids. however more than half the time there were only 2 that were watching. 1 left for about 20 minutes and even when all 3 were there 1 broad either had her face in a bag of chips or was texting. it gets better - my son was supposed to have a gluten-free cupcake however the staff let another person have it from the previous party

Like many mothers, Ive dreamt of my daughter being a gymnast and I know all the effort, training and dedication that goes into it. Its equally important to work with a facility that can bring out the best in your child and offer you the perfect platform. Thankfully Elite Kids has been that and a whole lot more for me and my daughter. To get to the basics, they have all the necessary gym apparatus in great condition for kids to start training. They also have age appropriate equipment and training programs for kids, which made perfect sense. I knew my girl was in safe hands when I saw how committed the staff here was. I am happy to say my daughter has taken great liking for gymnastics and a lot of the credit goes to Elite Kids, which has made things convenient, comfortable and efficient for her.

We used to come here for about 5 years, but recently the administration has really gone downhill. Billing is a nightmare and no one returns calls. I had made multiple requests in class info and for someone to get back to me on lessons, both classes as well as private, and no one ever returned my calls or emails. Sad, because we really loved Ms. Molly, but the issues with the front office, billing, and lack of communication just arent worth it anymore.

Came here for a kids birthday. Nice facility and the kids had fun. Took stars off for the workers attitude. "Coach Sammy" was not very kid friendly. Most of the kids were age 5 or under. Barking orders at them and speaking to them like they are 12 is not the proper way to address them or get them to follow directions. Everything else was good!

Great place to have your children learn dance and gymnastics. Nieces have been going here for years and really like it. They do shows through the the year to show the parents what they have learned.
