Mike and Justin are great! I was a bit skeptical about crossfit because of all the negative options Ive heard associated with it, but these guys take the time to make sure you have proper form and arent doing anything you arent comfortable with. Its the first type of exercise that has kept my interest for more than a month and I look forward to going every time! Youll always walk away knowing you had an amazing workout.
