Took a guest (a guy i was trying to convince to join) we were using the massage chairs (after the staff gave us tokens) and this skinny young angry looking guy came over..looked at us.. walked away.. came back stood over my friend telling him he has to get out of the chair. The chairs are not for guests. He says (no signage posted) Then snaps his fingers, and says "get out now" as the massage chair had my friends legs squeezed in, hes unable to even stand up He continues to stand over us..glaring... i was so embarrassed and upset i cancelled my membership. Im 42 years old..to be treated this way..so disrespectful, theres no excuse!!!! My guest was cool and nice about it.. but I was furious. I told him i was canceling and he said "do what ever you want"

Nice, very clean facility. The staff is always courteous and friendly and the patrons are as well. Treadmills are the only machine youll have a hard time finding free during peak hours. Otherwise theres plenty of equipment to go around. All machines are easy to figure out and there are multiples of most. Use the app and you can scan the bar codes on the machines to track your wirkouts, if youre a techy person its awesome. The locker rooms have plenty of storage lockers but lack bench space. The Black card is worthy the extra $ if you use multiple locations, bring a friend or like to tan...otherwise save your $.

Beware of a $39 annual fee that goes unmentioned when you sign up for promotional deals. Theyre very poor at straightening out this issue if you dont want to keep the membership for a year. Also, you need to go in personally to cancel your membership, or send a letter via certified mail and cannot cancel over the phone. A great gym to work out at though, especially for the promotional price

Its a decent gym, especially for the price. Very limited free weight section, and dumbbells only go up to 60# (why not 100#?). No other free weights, just Smith machines. Tons of cardio machines. Mainly a gym geared towards women. If you want a lot of free weights, youre best looking elsewhere. Staff is nice, gym is very clean.

Really great gym. Clean, pleasant and well maintained. The staff is friendly and the "no gymtimidation" mission is well executed. Their wifi is spotty sometimes, I wish they had free bench press bars rather rather than only (but plentiful) smith press machines and I wish they had scales/body fat percentage meters.

Staff was really friendly and willing to answer questions. Facility was nice and clean. I went when it was slightly busy but everyone was courteous. No judgements. Had a great experience that made me want to come back.
