Great place for a workout! I really enjoy Anytime Fitness and it is the right type of gym for me. If you are a person who needs to workout when it is convenient to you including possibly in the middle of the night or other times when some gyms might not be open then this is the place for you. They are open 24/7 and have everything you need to get your workout in. While I cant speak for the mornings during the work week, generally this location is not very busy either and access to equipment is not a problem. They have several treadmills, ellipticals, inclined ellipticals, stair steppers, bikes (reg and recumbent), a row machine, and spinning machines for cardio equipment. For weights they have everything you would need for machine or free weights and plenty of it. The gym itself is separated into 4 areas, there is a cardio area, machine weight area, free weight area, and a stretching / other activities area, which I really like because it makes it feel like there is more room to spread out. There are also several bathrooms and two of them have showers. There is a nice shared locker area. The facilities are always very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They also offer some free small group training sessions and you can also buy sessions with a personal trainer, chiropractor, or message therapist on site. Also the location is nice right off the river in downtown Geneva and right next to the police station so parking here in the middle of the night to get you workout in is safe. One last note, Anytime Fitness also offers you access to any of there other location after being a member for 1 month which was convenient for me in the past when I worked elsewhere, I would have my work gym (Anytime in Streamwood) and my home gym which allowed me to make the most of my workout when it was convent to my schedule and my location.

Signed up in March 2011 and never gave this membership up until I had to move away. Brian, the owner, has always helped me anytime I had any customer service thing. Always prompt and professional. The gym is always clean and well maintained. Anything broken was always fixed within a few days. I liked that it was a tad smaller, but the way this particular Anytime is laid out, it is sectioned off by cardio equipment, machines and then a weight room. I LOVE the lay out. Its never been too busy to get to what I needed. I always preferred coming here than to the other big box gyms in the area. I had also tried going to the St. Charles Anytime and that place PALES in comparison to the Geneva location. The people over at the STC location are not very nice and the lay out it bland. If you live in STC, Geneva or Batavia, this is the best gym in the area. Unfortunately I moved out of the area and had to cancel since the place Im in does not have any Anytime Fitnesss around. SO SAD!

An amazing gym for anyone, but especially for beginners. The atmosphere is super welcoming and chill, the employees are awesome and always willing to help. Becky was one of the reasons I signed up in the first place, because she was so great! TJ is super knowledgeable and willing to take time to answer questions and go at your pace. The place is always clean and well maintained, and every time I walk in I always feel comfortable to get down to business.

I love this gym. Im here 5-6 days a week and they are never too busy to get a good workout in. The staff is VERY friendly and keeps the equipment very clean and orderly. I love that this gym has 3 floors of activities to do (cardio on the first level, machines on the second, and free weights on the third). The only thing I would change about this gym is that they should have a stair master machine and battling ropes, everything else is great.

Free parking lot in back, next to police station, handicap parking, free locker, personal trainer, personal shower /washroom, friendly welcoming and helpful staff, nutritionist, 24hr access with key. I could only give a four star rating because there are no pools or hot tubs... high maintenance but great part of the workout and health routine, sorry.

Comparable prices to other gyms with less amenities. I mainly chose it because of its proximity to home and work, but have come to prefer it to other gyms. It has everything you need, is never too crowded, has friendly staff, private showers, and is kept clean.
