I have been a independent trainer at 24 Hour Total Fitness for about a year now and must admit it has been great. The owner is great as well as the members. It offers a place to train without the hassles of other gyms. My clients love the atmosphere and the equipment is great for the different training offered. Signed up for the free trial to try the place out, the guy told me the $25 key deposit would be refundable since it was just a free trial. I pointed out the part of the contract that said non-refundable, he said "dont worry about it" and crossed it out (the only reason i signed it). I didnt like the gym, so i went back to return their key, and of course they did not give me my money back. When I asked for them to show me my contract, they showed me one with a different last name because " they couldnt find it".

Careful with this gym. Canceling is not an option and trying to get in contact with them is a waste. Even though I have called numerous times about canceling they still are charging me. What a joke no comunication what so ever. Try some place else. I have emailed them my cancellation and still charged my membership should have ended 2 months ago.

I actually just finished my trial period at the gym and am beginning my payment periods. Pretty small gym but has most of the necessities, biggest downside is no real free bar bells and the only one is in the squat rack. Price is close to that of Snap and LA Fitness which is a tad bit of a turn off considering the small size of gym

Be careful when signing up here , make sure you keep your copy of your contract cause they will not give you a copy unless you pay them money for the copy , for a family owned business , they are terrible at getting back to you via phone , email or any method of communication .... I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE

This gym is the best in town. Open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, it has a key fob entry. It is geared towards family and community. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you have questions or need something, just call and they answer right away. The facility is very clean and the equipment is new.

Great new facility. Total Fitness moved to a larger location with full locker rooms private showers and new equipment. The new staff is wonderful
