This gym is unbelievable! The Coaches and Staff are friendly and work to help your child excel! The believe that experience matters and the have created a fun, friendly, family orientated, and safe environment where kids and adult are excited to be active and learn! No where else have I seen care and coaching like this before! If you have a gymnasts any where else you are missing out on quality. The Gymnasts here are family and they support each other in and out of the gym. Each day these kids are excited to come to the gym to work hard to excel in their sport and they know that their coaches care about them and will provide the tools need to succeed! SHG is our Family! After 5 years there is NO where else wed want to be!

My daughter has been competing for over 3 years. After a frustrating season last year,we changed gyms and it was a great decision for all of us! The new facility is large, comfortable and super clean. The coaches are experienced, caring and fun. The owners are friendly, involved and always put the gymnasts first. My daughter has gained so many new skills and become much stronger and more confident. She practices almost 16 hrs per week and loves being at Spring Hill...

We love this gym! My 5 & 7 year old love open gym and the day camps they offer during school holidays and breaks. The instructors are all really nice and help the kids have a great time. The lobby is bright and office staff is welcoming. My daughter had her birthday party there last October and still says "this is where I do the nastics" every time we drive by. All the parents were pleased with the facility and staff and the kids had a blast.

Just unorganized a bit with younger children! Ive done other gymnastics and theres always a way to keep in touch with the coach! My daughter is still doing the same things she started here with about a year ago. Just not happy.

My sister has been coming here for a few years. When a few coaches go missing everything is disorganized. Also they mix the levels. My sister as level 2 has been put with level 1. I also see her going into level 3.
