The people who work here are very rude!!! I use to come there all the time and had great services now the new manager Sarah is completely rude and un worthy of her job. I really feel bad for some of the employees that do a great job there Ive had past friends work here and it is a degrading place to work for not only was I a former worker here I got treated like complete crap and recently tried making a appointment and was told I am not allowed to get services because I found a better job. Its actually very sad because I have lots of family and friends that work there and go there for services that will no longer go there anymore, and for my friends who work there have either left and found a better place to do hair or quit just to get out of there because they just care about the retail and money not the business itself. Im sorry marios but you arent all that shouldnt be turning away business! I have found a "better place to satisfy my needs" per the manager who told me that on a voicemail.

My fiance Michael and I went in to get my hair dyed and eyebrows waxed. I have been there several times in the past and have always gotten great service and loved the results. Andrea is great and always makes my eyebrows look amazing! Sofia was my colorist. It was my first ever experience getting my hair dyed professionally and the results could not have been better! She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Mike got a manicure while he was waiting for me and his experience was not as wonderful. He always has a lot of dead skin around his finger nails and Sabrina got a majority of it but not all. Mike was unaware that he needed to remove any jewelry and she did not inform him before she began. She applied lotion to his hands and arms and in the process smeared it all over his freshly cleaned Omega. It is not a deal breaker but it is disheartening.

I received a Mothers Day spa package which I just now used in November. My massage was with Abbey - it was glorious! This was my second massage in my entire life and she did a fantastic job! I had a facial with Quinn, and she was most pleasant, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire hour I was with her. With both the massage and facial, these ladies kept tabs on my comfort every step of the way, making sure I was warm, hydrated, and comfortable throughout the morning. My manicure and pedicure to finish things off was also superb. I highly recommend MT and their fabulous staff to anyone looking for a relaxing and fabulous spa experience.

This was my first time visiting a Mario Tricoci salon and I was absolutely delighted! I had not had a haircut in months, and my stylist, Anthony, did not seem intimidated by this at all. I arrived a few minutes early and they were already ready for me. I was offered both a robe and a beverage. Anthony asked me about my hair and what I had in mind. He did a wonderful job, with the perfect balance of talking and peaceful quiet. I love how my haircut turned out! P.S. - if you havent been to Marios before, but know someone who already goes there, ask them to refer you on their website and both of you will get $20 off!

You are just a number here. Over priced and you are handed off from person to person. The girl who did my hair was in such a hurry, that others interning (or whatever their pecking order is) did the majority of the job. She just put the color on. Then I was handed off to someone else for a cut. I want one person from start to finish. If youre like me, then youll hate this place just as much as I did. Just because its a fancy well-known name doesnt mean its stylists are better. They actually are not at all. No creativity and didnt have time for the look I wanted. I never went back.

This was my first time at this location and I got exceptional service. When I booked the appt I had no preference on colorist and stylist and did I get 2 bonuses. Usaually, I never wing it so to speak. Both where so amazing and knew what was best for my particular kind of hair. I have fine, wavy and needless to say not ur typical cookie cutter hair. So I give u both Sophia and Madison a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart. These are the 2 to see if you are like me and have hair that requires more than the average women. Thank you so much for the time and attention to detail.

Been to many Mario Tricoci locations for salon and spa services, but this is hands down the nicest location they have. People often say that their services are expensive, but their prices are in line with any other nice spa and totally worth it. I have gone to Andrea for facial and waxing services for quite a few years. She makes you feel very comfortable and is quite knowledgable about skin care. I always walk out glowing! I have also gone to Lily for massages. She really knows how to work problem areas. Highly recommend them both for a day of ultimate relaxation.

So I made an appointment with one of the most senior, most experienced person, and was given Gary. I was in town for a formal family matter, and asked for a fresh and shorter hairstyle--money not being a concern. Gary assured me that he could deliver. He gave me a standard blunt, shoulder-length bob. The bob has been around since pin-curles went out in the 20s. My thin, super straight hair, looks HORRIBLE. In the morning, I have another appointment, at another salon, to make something of this shapeless mistake.

I had a haircut with Ivet and she gave me a fantastic clean up cut. The shape is great and my hair is healthy. I also liked the style she gave at the end. I liked her personality too. Not too chatty and she focused on her work but kept light conversation here and there. I would absolutely recommend her. The hair cut was not overly expensive either and completely worth the money. I have paid the same at many other places for worse service. Dont be intimidated by the name of the salon.

Just had two services done in Crystal Lake location today. Body Scrub was fine. But my hair color appointment was awful. The stylist was servicing me and another woman - seemed in a hurry the entire time. AND then just I had to blow dry my own hair to see if the color was good. I wondered why I hadnt been back in awhile but now I never will go back. I just paid $90 (not including 20% tip) for someone to apply color to my hair and not care if it turned out or not.

The staff working here is quite varied. My wife and I have had great experiences with massages and skin or hair care, and other times staff members were absolutely rude and condescending. They need to remember they are a service to you. Products are pricey but good. Mario Tricoci seems to cater to a wealthy clientele, even to the exclusion of others, and even if its an illusion.
