I have gone a few times, spent quite a lot of money on my hair there and almost every time i have went the salon has been nearly empty. I went to get my bangs cut there and they quoted me $5, i ended up tipping $5 because i liked them a lot. I noticed when they werent curled they poked into my eye a bit the next day so i called and the (very rude) lady told me sternly that they can NOT trim it at all unless i pay full price again even though i was in there the day before. It only took her 4 minutes to cut my bangs and i guess i shouldnt have tipped that much but i tried to be nice. All i wanted was the tiniest trim. I went back a month ago because theyre always empty and i needed my hair done fast, I went and nobody was there, the bathroom had no towels and people were sitting around talking. The girl who dyed my hair said " oh my GOSH your hair got so thick, i have to charge you $15 extra " That ended up being a lie, they over charged me $15 and said it was because my hair got thicker. My hair was not longer it was the same length as it always was. I paid it but later found out its a scam. I can understand if someone has longer hair but mine was the same length. Never going back.

I bought my wife a gift card for a massage in July. Shes been trying to get in for several months now to no avail. She just drove half an hour to an appointment which was made with the "manager" and was told it was next week when the message clearly stated it was today.... This business is sure quick to take your money but not at all helpful at or dedicated to making the customer happy. Wont be spending another dollar in this "business".

Very nice salon, appreciated that they squeezed me in on very short notice. I was dealing with a back injury and my stylist took extra care to make sure I was comfortable, which I truly appreciated.
