I have been going here for years and always had a great experience every time. Every time I would call last minute and get someone and they always did a great job. Recently, I had a girl who I had a hard time communicating with about what I wanted. She didnt quite get it and the haircut didnt seem right. I felt bad and thought maybe if I played with it at home I would like it. I didnt. I hated it. I called the next morning and told them. I also said that Erin did this cut amazing before and she was booked but I wanted to have her fix it if she was available. They squeezed me into her schedule that day even though she did not have any openings. Erin was so awesome and the staff was amazing. I felt so grateful that I asked to pay and they insisted on not charging me. I left a big tip instead. I will always go to Elle but, like anyone else, if you find a great stylist, ask for them in particular ......and there are many great stylists here. I know that sometimes they are crazy booked if you want someone in particular but that is because they are awesome. Worth the wait. And if you cant wait and you dont mind a new stylist, I think that all of them are awesome. Its also reassuring to know that they make sure you are happy...even if you have to go back. You cannot ask for anything more. Highly recommended.

Ive opened a small business in the area and was looking for a local place to get my hair cut. My wife, who is extremely picky, found Elle and sent me for a test run before she got her hair done. I arrived a little early and was greeted immediately and asked if I would like something to drink. She said it would be a minute while my stylist finished up with her client. It gave me a second to just scope out the place. It is extremely clean, modern, and everyone is friendly. I was introduced to Tanya, my stylist, and the fun began. She asked a little bit about what I wanted, and I told her that it had to be something that would make me look good for my wife but still be professional because I spend a lot of time talking with patients. She described a bunch of stuff that she thought would look good and keep my hair from getting all bushy as it grows. I have really thick, wavy hair so anything to keep that under control was going to be appreciated. I am beyond happy with the results, my loves it, so needless to say I will be returning to Elle to let Tanya work her magic from here on out! My wife scheduled her appointment for the end of the month. Ill be recommending Tanya to all of my family, friends, and patients.

Erin was amazing! She has a great personality and cut my hair from medium length to a short cut. She did a beautiful job and I keep getting compliments on it. It is stressful to find a new place to get your hair cut and colored. Erin completely understood the look I was going for and made sure to repeat it back to me to show me that she was on the same page as me. I felt so comfortable with her cutting my hair because of that and she was so welcoming to take any feedback on the cut to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Thank you Elle Salon and Erin! : )

My six year old daughter Alexis has the curliest, spiral curls. Her hair is always difficult to deal with especially getting tangles out. That was until I brought her to Elle. I want to give a Huge Thank You to Erin. She gave her the perfect cut. Also treated her hair with extra moisturizing product due to her dryness. She felt like a princess in the upscale salon. She is Only 6yrs old and her friends in Kindergarten told her how "pretty & shiny" her hair is! She cant wait to come back! Thanks Elle! Than You Erin

The staff are never clique-y and gossipy as I have seen at many other salons. Very well trained staff with a ton of talent and passion. All of the girls here have outstanding work, and the place is always tidy and clean. The atmosphere is wonderful and positive and I wouldnt dare go to any other salon. They specialize in the balayage ombre trend. Special shout out to Julia, Taylor, and Nicolette all of whom have done my hair in the past.

Sarah does great nails!! Kristen does great hair!! Kim does great make-up!! They make me feel beautiful! These ladies are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The front desk is staff is very accommodating and makes me feel welcome for being there. I have used Elle for a few years and intend to continue to visit Janelles shop.

The best haircut of my entire life. I have a moderate amount of very straight, very fine hair with numerous cowlicks. I have never before received a haircut that was actually sculpted to create fullness and texture. For the first time in my life, I actually like my hair!

After being a top-tipping customer, scheduling had a conflict more than once and no one chose to assist nor try to keep my business. There was no gratitude for my business nor has anyone tried to reach out to me since. Being a guy seems to also offer lesser treatment.

this place is probably the worst place to get a pedicure in all of illinois. owners are rude and they have maybe 20 polishes to choose from. not going back
