every time I rent a few DVDs, at least one DVD is so scratched or worn out that it will not play. Several times, on 2 sided disks, they employee, didnt bother to clean and polish out the scratches on the second side, when asked, they stated, "we usually only do one side"

Both locations are a joke. Actually let me say some employees are nice and know what there doing. There manager on the other hand is a JOKE. I wouldnt recommend.
