I am new to the Family Video store. In my trips to the video store, I have never been informed of a deadline-due date. With never having been informed of this naturally, I automatically thought there was no such policy for movies priced at 2 for 1 rentals. Luckily for me, I am in the practice of returning videos promptly. This time, I rented more than the usual 2 for 1 rentals and rental 4 total movies. I received an automated phone call about 1 movie still yet to be returned. I phoned in to the store to make aware the situation to the clerk (who happened to be the same clerk who handled the rental transaction). I mentioned courteously as a goal to performance improvement and as a quality assurance method and the clerk on the phone did not offer an apology. There are no signs posted in the store of when 2 for 1 rentals are due. The next thing, I get a phone call from the district manager saying that the clerk at Family Video is practically playing the racist card and twisted everything around of what I said. Please be aware of the clerk named Monica. She is not a nice person and she will lie to her bosses and play the racist card to make her look like the victim. I will always be a customer as I can truly doubt she will be always work for Family Video. Unfortunately, its sad to know there are still people much like the clerk, Monica at Family Video still sing their color as a discrimination factor and as a weapon, is an ethnic injustice. I am

Most of the staff here are friendly, a couple arent, nor do they know movies. They also dont replace movies that people dont return! Overall its a cool place, they play good movies as your looking for a movie and most of the time you get a free rental with a pizza.
