Avoid this location at all costs! The staff is highly unprofessional here and if youre getting a divorce...they get way too involved in personal matters and start taking sides that affect the children. Ive had to call the corporate headquarters to report complaints about this location twice now! I would go take your kids to the Kindercare down the street on Plainfield road in Willowbrook instead. The staff is better trained there, it is newer, cleaner, and they treat the kids much better there. My son hated being at the Kindercare in Darien...but loved the one in Willowbrook. It is a little more pricey there but then again...you get what you pay for and your kids are the best investment you can make so it will be well worth it.

We have had our 5 month old son at this location for 2 months now and couldnt be happier. The Director and Assistant Director are organized, friendly and pitch in. The infant room staff are amazing. They are knowledgeable and treat our son incredibly well. We feel comfortable and safe leaving him each day. This location is fantastic because the staff, hands down.
