Just say no! I toured this place under a different director and it was amazing. Over the next 2 years I saw it fall apart. It is awful. The directors are a joke and seem to only care about a comfortable office redecorated annually and managing numbers for their annual bonus. They put nice stuff in the entryway and leave the classrooms needing for supplies. They refused my care requests numerous times resulting in untrained staff for our special needs and her needs not being met. Unfortunately, I think the center is heavily weighted with kids on assistance and parents who feel like they cant demand better. The teachers make less in a year than I paid in for my one kid alone. They dont care about their staff, treat them like crap, and their MO appears to be run the kids ragged vs following a curriculum. My kid was so over stimulated when she got home she wouldnt play, and only wanted to cuddle. Now we are in a much better situation and everyone, especially the kiddo, are so much happier. I understand the one on Grand and 45 is eons better. Just dont!

I am extremely happy with this center. I have a 2 year old and 1 year old. I can tell that my children have strong bonds with their teachers by the interaction we see at drop off and pick up. My toddlers social skills have improved and the whole car ride home she talks about her friends and the fun they had that day. The only downside is that my one year old is ready to move up to the next room but will need to wait for a spot (one of those kids to also move up). They will be having her in the new room soon for a couple hours here and there, slowly transitioning her in to the next level. When I pick up, the Director and Assistant Director are always walking around and extremely friendly. My daughter knows them both by name, which makes me feel that they are not sitting in their office like the other reviews are saying. I would recommend Brookhaven KinderCare to others and will continue to keep my children there.

Our daughter has been attending the Brookhaven KinderCare for over two years and loves going to school. At home, she talks about many friends and teachers, as well as the director and assistant director. She comes home with lots of photos of activities she participates in, including an additional cooking class done outside of her usual classroom. We are impressed by how well she already knows her colors and shapes, and that she is counting to 10, at under 2.5 years old. We can tell that our daughter is learning every day, and creating lasting relationships with her friends and teachers, and have recommended the center to many of our friends.

My grandson attends this school and it has been to best thing for him! He has been going to the school since he was 11 weeks old and I could not ask for a better experience. Every time I go in and pick him up he is engaged in a fun activity with his peers and teachers, sometime he doesnt even want to leave! The teachers are so sweet and I can tell that he is getting the attention and care that he needs to grow. I see growth in the language almost every week. The stadd is so friendly and very welcoming to parents and the children, they make it feel like a second home!!! I have recommended this center to all my friends and coworkers!

Class rooms are over crowed. The only thing the director does is stare outside her office window. Cars are left running in the parking lot unattended by parents dropping off their kids. I asked that my daughter use her own sippy cup, they use theirs. Which I find unsanitary. Theirs never the same teachers, every day is a different teacher. How are they teaching stability ??

I love it here. They provide great care for my daughters. I never have concerns for their care. They love it there and are always happy. The center is very clean. The staff is fantastic. Very safe comfortable place to trust your kids with.
