My only car key was about to break in half, so I took it to Ace Hardware, where they promptly finished breaking it completely. "Well, theres your problem..." is what they said to me. I took what remained of the key to Anderson Lock and the lady behind the counter took the pieces, eyeballed them, and cut a new key for me. I doubted it would work, but to my amazement, the new key worked on the first try! Sure, it was a little on the pricey side, but Id rather get my keys copied at a dedicated lock shop than a general hardware store.

My apartment building in North Las Vegas needed a number of automated security doors so I googled SCHLAGE locks. This eCommerce site for Anderson popped up and offered a rate that was significantly better than what I was finding locally. I was sorry that I had to do business outside of the local realm, however these guys were some of the best hardware vendors I have ever dealt with and I will never step foot in a store for this type of this again.

I had an installation appointment scheduled with Anderson to have locks installed at my business. NO ONE came. After waiting one hour I called and then they said they would send someone out soon. SORRY they didnt value my time waiting, plus my business. I hired someone else.

Best lock company in Chicagoland! Dont go anywhere else! Matt helped with everything, used the tap and dye on my locks, and re keyed the cylinders on the spot twice! Know more than anyone else in town and friendly service!

Had a simple padlock key made and they charged me $7 Yikes, this would have been 99 cents at any hardware store...
