Its been a little over two months since I’ve joined SPENGA and I am addicted! The work outs are fun and challenging. The staff and instructors are friendly, accommodating and most important – motivating! The instructors also make a great effort to make the class work for everyone attending. It’s amazing how much of a difference I’ve seen in just a few short months! I highly recommend SPENGA to anyone wanting a motivating, fun workout with results!

Spenga is the perfect place for a wholistic workout for people of any fitness level! The instructors are fantastic motivators and the cobination of cardio(spin), strength, and yoga will leave you with a relaxed sense of accomplishment at the end of your workout. Plus the whole place smells good thanks to their essential oil diffusers. 5 stars!

Spenga is a great experience. I feel like I never get bored during the workouts here and there is always something different. But the best of all are the instructors. Without their enthusiasm and high energy, I dont think Id be motivated to come back everyday. The constant variation is what keeps me coming back.

So much fun and the perfect workout. I love that after all the hard work and stress that goes along with spinning and strength, you get to end your workout with yoga. This really brings you back to a calming state of mind and body to face the rest of your day.
