I work in car sales and a lot of my clients need to get a tow hitch put on there vehicle. U-Haul in East Alton IL is the only place that I will call to get the work done. They are sure to get me right in and the quality of there work is without flaw. Mike the store manager always takes care of me and Im sure will do the same for you.

Went in to buy boxes and there were no emoloyees in the building. We walked around the place yelling hello but no employees were around. Walked outside and finally found the employees outside smoking in one of the garages. Sadly one of the was wearing a shirt that said general manager.

Terrible service on Sat in the lobby for 15 minutes while both employees Sat in the parking lot talking to each other I eventually walked out because I got no service at all
