i give this company no stars at all. they steal your money and never produce any viable leads. every lead i received from them turned out to be junk, either no one answers the phone or when they answer your told i already hired someone, and im calling literally seconds after receiving the lead. and then when you call and request a credit you have to almost dance a jig to get one, which even the replacement leads are garbage. the worst lead company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. no leads ever panned out from this company.. please do not give them your credit card info, they will take your money and give the same leads to hundreds of other contractors, although they say that that the dont.. how would you know ?? do you believe that in a million years if a company could get 41 dollars from a hundred people that they would only take it from 5.. yeah i dont think so.. this company sucks !!!!

Ive been working with this company over a week or two and theyve sent me 7 leads. From all 7 leads one customer responded back to me. The rest of the leads I called with the information provided by Craftjack were wrong. Id call these leads and they would respond with "You called the wrong number" and would just hang up. Craftjack also told me I would receive a account manager after I signed up and paid the inital sign up fee for $100 thats no refundable (They didnt tell me that until after I was charged) and I never received a word from the manager. To sum it up Ive gained a negative ROI, wasted time, and have had a bad experience working with this company. At this point I wish I could just get my money back and sticking to traditional marketing. Definitely wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

They are selling sold jobs from another company - Home Advisor!!! So this is what they do - they buy USED leads from another providers and sell it again - they not really care that the job is already completed - they are waiting for you (the contractor) to claim your money back . So do yourself a big favor and stay away . btw if you will call and ask what is going on - they giving everybody the same story - this leads are not for everybody , - trust me , i already paid for leads from any provider you may think of , And Craft Jack ARE the worst . I AM cancelling my account tomorrow morning (today is Sunday) . BTW account # Contractor ID: 001-157-08

CraftJack is a great company that has provided me with many leads that work. If you are looking to expand your customer base this is a great place to start. Im not sure why other people have had trouble with customer service as I am always able to get somebody on my phone whenever I need help or have questions. Having quite a bit of experience using lead generation services, I realize not every lead is going to be worth my time and dead leads are just a part of the game. When this happens, CraftJack goes above and beyond with account credits for future leads. Thanks CraftJack

My experience with Craftjack is... there are no experiences to speak of. I paid $180 for three "leads" and I have not received any communications from any of the people that theyve sent me. I made phone calls within 30 minutes, left voicemails and sent follow up emails and all went unanswered. Also not answering me is my account rep from Craftjack. More calls and emails to make, hopefully somebody will address this. I only signed up with them last week so if youre looking for leads with good customer support, look elsewhere.

Flat out do not use this company. Im a residential contractor. Craigslist is vastly more effective and its free. Ive used several similar apps/sites and this one is literally useless. They called me and emailed me constantly. I finally signed up figuring I could at least get my money back. They said somebody would contact me and I should receive leads within the first week. Three weeks later Ive heard nothing from them and absolutely zero leads. They just hound you to get money and thats about it. Worthless.

Craft jack is a bunch of crooks. They send you leads that are no good. Bad phone number. People not wanting a roof. The list goes on. I have been trying to cancel my account for months but they tell me that my account manager is unavailable to call back later. So I pause my account for the maximum time allowed and try to call back. And again nothing. Then they start my account up again and charge my credit card. Worst lead service ever

Horrible customer service.... you are assigned a so called project manager, who you literally have to run after just to return a call. I called headquarters twice , left message, no return call. Funny isnt it, when they are about to get your business, they call 3 times a day, once they got you.... zero !! I thought I would be the only one complaining but I see that others have had the same experience... shame on you Craft Jack

Awful concept just like home advisor after spending several hundred dollars on leads and not having one person answer my call I called craft jack expressed my frustration and asked to have what money was left on the account reimbursed they told me all I had was credit and they cant funded that back, I said thank you keep the money have a good day dont waste your time with these types of companys

As a service provider there were terrible. Almost all calls that came in were no answer when I called (always within 5 Minutes), I sent an email to each one that I could not get on the phone and never heard back from any of them. They are a fraud just like Home Advisor and Home Fixer. They all are a waste of time and money. The last few had not set up their voice mail (what does that tell you.

I dont think I can say anything that hasnt already been said. Theyre awful. Youd be better off dumping hundreds into a slot machine. You have a higher likelihood of getting a return. All of their replies are nonsense, the truth is in the comments. Theres a reason they cant maintain a decent rating. Im pretty confident any good review is either paid for, or people they know.

Craftjack has been very good for my company.We tripled our sales that year I was very impressed.We used several lead services last yearWe elimatinated the lead services that did not give back our roi.We re newed our services with craftjack due to the expectional return we had last year.You just need to learn how to work the service once you do..you will be successful.
