Kids and Company is a great location. They care for your kids and make an effort to develop a relationship with the parents as well. The entire team is supportive of working parents and the flexible schedules that arise from that. The teachers engage the students individually, and encourage lots of group play and collaboration. Even my infant has made friends with the other kids her age, and enjoys playing with interactive toys. I highly recommend Kids and Company for anyone who is looking for a child care option in the Kane County area.

As a new mom, the anxiety about leaving kid(s) behind can be overwhelming. The staff quickly melted away every concern I could think of and end of day pickups were always filled with smiles and great recaps of the day (and adorable artwork)! I feel extremely lucky that we found an organization like Kids and Company and I encourage any parent looking for childcare needs to check out this AMAZING group of teachers.

I started my daughter here at 3 months (born 04/17), and it has been wonderful. The center offers flexible scheduling, which is super convenient. The young infant teacher, Miss Tina, is great with the babies. The director, Miss LeDe, has a great vibe, very calm and low stress. I highly recommend this facility for the infant care.

Luv luv this place and the teachers! My son is...was a shy kid b4 but now loves coming here in morning. In fact, it takes a couple of "1 more minute mommy" b4 i can get him to leave...lol...cant 4get ms lede. One of the friendliest directors u have met! :-)
