My mail gets forwarded back to sender all the time Ill go months without getting my ameren bill!! This last one drove me off the deep end. You forwarded my invitation from my future God daughters baby shower back to sender and it was coming from alton.. how dare you!!! Ive made numerous calls and half the time I dont get a call back other than that I get the usual I wouldnt know sir! Very unprofessional!!!!!

Ive been a Godfrey resident for over 15 years. I cant recall the last time Ive had a positive experience at this location. There can be 7 or 8 people in the lobby and theyll only have 1 lane open. WHY DO YOU HAVE 3 LANES! When you only use one! The workers are never accommodating, often monotone, and are incapable of helping fix a problem. I avoid this place as often as I can.

This post office refuses to get out of their car to deliver to my parents at their home. They live off seiler Rd in a nice area. I called to ask why and Amber told me that any driver can just decide on a whim to just not get out of their vehicle and deliver packages. Is this real life? Itd be nice if they could just actually do their job and not be grumpy.
