This post office is horrible. I wish I could rate it with a negative 5. I have a business and they have put my important parcel post in the incorrect mail box on several occasions. Then when I call this branch the workers make excuses for the poor service. If you are a business or anyone that has another option to send mail do not use this branch. They or horrible and feel that they are entitled to a great paying job to do little.

I have been given the run-a-round by 1-800 headquarters blaming my local Affton branch Post office several times for delivery delays!! Today I called and found a delightful, very friendly, helpful staff member who finally told me the straight truth, and updated me on the status of my now delayed 3 day package by tomorrow. She was very polite, and reassured me that it would be delayed no longer! Thanks again for helping!

Didnt know the post office doesnt offer tape for you to send packages. First lady was like you need to buy tape, we cant help you. The second lady assisted me with what I needed to do to return items with a postage paid preprinted sticker. It could have been a frustrating venture but the second associate was a big help understanding that some people are unaware of the rules. Thank you thank u thank u

Extremely poor service the last six months. The carrier stuffs my mailbox with flyers and other trash mail, frequently hiding important mail within the folds of the junk. I called the office twice, and the supervisor just argues with me and refuses to do anything. One time I had an important bill that was crumpled into a wad and soaked at the bottom of the box.

The customer service sucks I watched to workers help one person while 15 people waited in was there for 45 minutes and I just dropped off a packages and get a receipt the one worker was ridiculously slow I think its that way because of the people who work there Im never going back

This post office is terrible. Not only do we not receive important mail like utility bills, but we also have had problems with packages being returned to us when there is sufficient postage and the item being shipped destroyed. The staff. Is also rude and inconsiderate.

Poor customer service. Didnt receive a package and was told they couldnt help me and it wasnt their fault. Had their supervisor just argue with me. Will no longer be using the US Postal Service.

Junk mail hides important mail. Junk mail is not used and goes directly into the recycle bin, its a waste of paper resources. Tired of throwing out junk I didnt ask for to begin with.
