I wanted to give this establishment 1 star. Not because they dont provide great service or professional. Its my mail carrier. There have a few instances where my packages have been put in the wrong mailbox and was unable to retrieve it, lost packages, and when I track my package it says it has been delivered which it has not been. Im not sure who this mail carrier is but this individual makes this establishment look very unprodessional unreliable.

My regular guy Aaron is outstanding. Always polite and respectful. Gets my deliveries right the first time. The post office staff in general is also nice and professional. I gave it four out of five for the one delivery guy who comes on Aarons day off who always has an attitude and messes up the deliveries. I receive packages everyday and only on his days is there a problem.

I dont understand why people who clearly have little to no customer service skills chose to work at the post office. The "vibe" I get from a majority of the employees at the Halls Ferry location, ESPECIALLY JUDY OR JUDITH, is that they hate their jobs.

the worst customer service . they will lose your package and act like its nothing. Wait in line and the teller says something different then what they said on the phone. I think they may have a carrier thats stealing. USPS PRETTY BAD. UPS = GOOD

There is never enough tellers for the amount of customers. It sucks, it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get to the teller.
