I am waiting on a Mothers Day gift to come in. They deliver it to someone else. The package gets sent back. Now the package is sent back to the seller, and this Post office RUINS Mothers Day, all because they did not deliver the package to the address that was on the shipping label! This is the Second time ive had something delivered, and it wasnt delivered the the address on the shipping label. If you need a package delivered, have Fed Ex do it. They know how to deliver to the address on the shipping label. Thanks Post Office for Ruining a "supposed to be great" Mothers day. It would of been so nice for a mom to wake up in the morning to her 3 kids giving her a personalize piece of jewlery with all the kids names and birth stones on it. Way to go above and beyond!

The postal worker that delivers to Westward Trails, in my opinion is REALLY LAZY! I was supposed to be getting packages by USPS, instead of coming to my door and KNOCKING on it, she leaves a note in the mailbox! This isnt the first time that she has done this! I dont know how she keeps her job!!!

Fantastic office and has a good crew of clerks there too. The clerks are very knowledgeable on all the products and services offered. Every time I go to this office Im greeted with a courteous hello and a friendly attitude.

A bunch of idiots I had a package at the office and I asked to come pick it up the next day and they said yes with they would hold it I got there after driving an hour and I was told that they didnt have my package

I consistently experience rude and impatient service here. In a single five minute period, an incompetent clerk had to go get her manager three times for three different customers.
