I hate being lied to. I realize its the holiday season. I needed to get a new mailbox key. My old one was lost not of my doing. I was told my box would be replaced no later than Monday, today. The clerk basically told me packages came first. That to me is unacceptable. O cannot buy my Christmas until I can open my mail; so yall are srewing me. As someone who has worked as a storekeeper (look or up)on an aircraft carrier I know what not leaving til the job is done means, I did not get that attitude, very disappointing

I used to work for the postal service (not this one) and I know how hard they do work. Im giving this post office a 4 star only because I have called them numerous times letting them know that whomever delivers my mail on Saturday likes to pretend no one is home and leaves a pink slip in the box and takes off. Now, the regular mail person knows someone is here at all times. So we have no problems when he delivers the mail. Only the person who is delivering when he is off.

Wish Google maps would correct the location. Its across the street. Not good when youre navigating the horrible service road thinking its vanished. Especially when the person navigating is getting called crazy because obviously its not where you are seeing it on the map.

i needed a new lock and key for my mail box at my apartment in pearl the Manager at the Pearl Post office came out to my apartment right then same day as i asked they followed me over to do it.
