Since there is no rate for zero I had to use 1 star. Called about not getting my bills, credit and house payments for the last two months, first problem in 12 years. I asked if they changed something or still have my correct address. All I get is just junk mail. He said he has a line of people in front of him and asked for my address and then hung up on me. Very Rude.

Might as well pick up your item your self, I wanted a redelivery done on a certain day and they cant even do that for me. I spend all my money on a package that I cant ever get. I under stand there busy but so am I.
