Dead Bees and NO Help! I just got my "final determination" that the USPS is not going to pay for the bees that they killed by placing them within a plastic USPS bag. Initially, I was instructed by my local Illinois Post Office branch NOT to bring dead animals in for inspection, but rather bring photos and the rest of the packing material. I did so, but later learned that I should have taken everything to a Missouri Post Office more than an hour away in a different state because it is the regional claims center for all of St Louis. The bottom line is that I am without any bees and my $370.

For your own sake, get things shipped by another carrier. This post office has the most useless employees who cannot meet deadlines that Ive ever had the displeasure of having to associate with. I had a package sit there for literally 2 days and when I called to see if I could forgo the entire process of having them deliver it they told me it was still sitting in a pile of parcels to be sorted. 2 days and you cant sort your parcels? This is the worst post office you will ever have to deal with.

Terrible experience. As a business we have packages that need to be pickup up. We schedule it, yet no one gets them. They can sit for days while they deliver our mail which is next to the pickups. Call the office only for it to ring a dozen times then nothing. I have been calling today repeatedly since 3:30pm and still no answer. I even spoke with the carrier this morning who said, "I will pick up those two packages as soon as I finish this block." Then she drove away.

I had somebody steal my money order and they put me through hell to get my money back even though I have all the evidence it was stolen. If you have had your mail stolen or money order good luck dealing With this post office sad. THEY ACT AS IF IM LYING LIKE I WOULD LIE ABOUT SOME IDIOT STEALING 97.80 FROM ME. I WONDER ARE THEY COVERING UP FOR THE CROOK WHO STOLE MY MONEY ORDER. Maybe I need to get me a lawyer!!!

Coming from Chicago and waiting up to 45 minutes in line, this is the best USPS. In 8 years, Ive never had a problem. The employees are friendly and helpful. I see other reviews saying bad things. Mostly B.S.. If you have an issue, contact the postmaster at this location. Giving one star and expounding on the truth, makes you an Internet troll.

Well I dont know about others experience with this location but this is THE ONLY LOCATION I will bring my mail to. I have had experience in the past with other locations were my mail would never make it to the location I sent it to. But I HAVE NEVER had a problem with them. ALWAYS WOULD GET MY BUSINESS.

They dont delivery mail on time /some times dont get mail at all /some times mail carrier comes late and some time mail carrier put mail in the wrong mail box or mail some times mail get loss and they cant explain to you and rude when you call there .kingery court apartments belleville,Illinois 62226.

Been in the area of this post office for months, and the only way to get them to take outgoing mail is to jam it in the front, making it impossible for them to put anything in without removing it. Sometimes they just shove it to the back of the mailbox. Had several bills late on account of this.

The best USPS location! This is one area businesses need to know, staying open late (6:30 p.m., weekdays, 4:00 p.m. Saturdays), and they have a package drop-off. If youre a little late, itll still get on the truck, which you can see coming and going like clockwork!
