Phoned the Mandeville post office this morning about a pacakage that should have been received yesterday. I was advised that the mail arrives from New Orleans between 4 and 6 a.m. When I called at 6:00 a.m and spoke with supervisor Tori or Tory, he explained I could not pick up a package. I explained that the package is for a party this afternoon his response "I dont care what it is for. If I do it for you, I would have to do it for 2000 other people. I KEEP TELLING YOU I DONT CARE". I asked who was his supervisor he said he is it". I have never ever.

Needed to drop some packages off but needed to go in line for postage. I was in rush but it was Election Day and knowing that some Post Offices stay open after usual hours on Election Day I called to see when they be closing - phone ringed for about 20 mins and NO ONE not even a recording picked up. Not only that, I find the people who work there are rude and act let theyre above you. If I could I would give no stars, but cannot. So lets just say the one star is just for the fact this Post Office is around the corner from where I live.

The passport office is a joke! Waiting here right now to renew my passport and this place isnt in any kind of a hurry! Ive been here almost 2hrs and they are just on the 2nd person that was ahead of me! And every time I tried calling this post office they NEVER answer the phone...

Multiple times I have tried to call this post office, per instruction from my letter carrier. No one answers the phone. I find the service at the post office painfully slow. The only positive comment I can offer is the service for passports was good.

Does not answer phones and carriers only half way do there job. My mailman has not stopped for two days with flag up and it is a government document I am trying to mai . Poor excuse for wasting tax payer money.

I have called 4 times right now and no one is ANSWERING the phone! How can a business have employees who refuse to provide full customer service. This is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.

This team is very efficient and most of them are very friendly. They know people dont like to stand in line so they try to move it as quickly as possible.

Never answers the phone. Very stressful when in a tight situation, with limited time. Gave up after calling for an hour.
