VERY EXPENSIVE. Work seemed to be good quality, but I felt I was overcharged by 1¼ hours, which at $90/hr is significant. I was told that they charge for drive time (only 6-7 miles each way) and prep time. So basically, they can tack on however much they want and call it prep time. I wonder if prep time includes the morning stop at the Kountry Store. Also, billing invoice is very vague. They bill for miscellaneous expenses -- not itemized, so hard to know what they are charging you for. I will not use their services again because I feel the charge was more than the value received.

Big warning, this guy is a big rip-off. Asked him why my pressure was down in the shower, sent 18 year old kid who looked 12 to my house. When I asked the REAL plumber to come by owner, Brian, came by an estimated fix at $1800.00 and suggested I replace all my plumbing with cooper pipes. Called plumber in Troy, fixed the pressure in the shower of $80.00. BEWARE..... Very expensive and you might get a kid sent to your house who knows nothing
