I called Winter plumbing at 8AM a Sunday morning with a emergency plumbing situation. They told me that they could have someone out the same day and would let me know by 12:30PM who would be coming and when. They called me back at 12:27PM and said Carl would be there at 1:30. Carl was there right on time. He took care of our problem. He was very nice and professional. I will be calling Winter Plumbing the next time we need a plumber!!! Thank you for your excellent service!

I have been using Winter Plumbing since 1991 with only positive experiences. And Carl and the men have also saved my house from major smoke damage (the fire crew in Scales Mound) until I learned how to operate my wood burning stove properly. They have always fixed the plumbing on the first call, and the HVAC is always fixed on the first call. Winter Plumbing in Scales Mound has provided great service now for 26 years. Thanks.

Called with a water heater repair at 2 p.m. They came after finishing another job, fixed the problem for us and were on their way. Nice workers and tried to keep the cost down. 2nd time theyve helped us and cant recommend them enough.
