They were willing to accommodate an early arrival of 4:15, but didnt open until 5 pm, but have happy hour starting at 4....? The coupon for $6 10" pizzas and 50% off appetizers was deceiving because it did not state that the pizza was an appetizer, which there was a limit of 2 appetizers per table. We asked our waiter for a refill of drinks and bread. We eventually had to go to the bar to get our drink refills and eventually got the bread a bit later. We ordered our food around 5, at which time I also told our waiter we had to leave around 5:45. At 5:05 I asked that if 2 more people came, would they be able to get an expedited meal. He replied, if they get a pasta dish, it will be very doable, but will try to get it out as quickly as possible, which was appreciated. The last 2 people arrived and placed their order at 5:20. At 5:45, nobody had their food and we asked for things to be in a to go box. Then we asked if we could just pay for our drinks and the owner stated that we werent going anywhere until we paid for our food, not offering any sort of discount or understanding. He stated, you dont belong in a restaurant, this is not McDonalds. One of our party members tried to pay for his food so he could leave, the owner pointed in his face and said, you can wait. The owner called or threatened to call the police. We finished paying full price for all of the food and left. The food was very good the next day warmed up and imagine it wouldve been amazing fresh. (I tip my hat to the chef) Also, in the to go containers, we didnt get all of our food such as sides of pasta, but still paid full price. We more than likely will not return only because of the overall experience.

This is one of our favorite restaurants and this past Christmas Eve is proof of that! Outstanding food and superb service from not only the waitress but the wait staff as well. We havent had a bad meal there, ever. The Pork Shank is to die for and their steaks (especially the filet Mignon) are incredible - even better than Ruths Chris. An incredible selection of Italian meals that are always consistently prepared and delicious. Plus, the owner, Vittorio, always comes out from the kitchen to mix with the customers with a big smile that makes us feel like we are an honored guest in his home. This time we were there with my daughter and her fiance and for dessert we had the Bananas Foster - a table side presentation, flames and all. In my 50+ years Ive eaten at famous restaurants in New York, Chicago, LA, Boston and Vegas and I have to say as far as quality and price Dibenedettos ranks up there with the best! you will not be disappointed! P.S. A great selection of musical entertainment makes for an amazing evening.

My favorite dish was a grilled calamari in some wonderful broth that we soaked the bread in. The broth had spinach, onion, roasted red pepper. Everything else was delicious too! I had chilean Sea Bass. The Hubs (sorry just learned that silly shorthand nickname) had a yummy wide noodle pasta. The wine selection was wonderful with bottles at 32 dollars up to reaerves at 80+. The ambience was sweet with the right amount of light for those of us who couldnt see. I liked the tasteful images of Italian Celebs printed on glass, rather than signed photos. Our young 19-year-old waiter was very attentive and our service was really great. I recommend this lovely Italian restaurant.

We live locally and tried this restaurant twice, Both times the service was beyond HORRIBLE, over an hour to get out food. When speaking to the owner a husband and wife team, they seemed more concerned with sitting at the bar or at a table with friends then helping. When the food came out it was barley edible and very expensive (which I dont mind paying for if the food is good) We were told by the husband if we didnt like the service then dont come back. I did not think that was very professional since we wer NOT asking for anything

A teriffic place to take the family or friends for a great Italian meal. The menu is very diverse from homemade pizzas, salads, pasta dishes, seafood and now prime steaks. Weve tried it all and never had a bad meal. The staff is very attentive to your every need. Some of the best local entertainment can be enjoyed on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Highly recommended alwyas enjoyable.

By far the best Italian restaurant in the suburbs I went there for the Easter brunch I had tears in my eyes the food was soo damm good the omelette they made me was like my old friend restaurant in willmette this restaurant is exceptional and the service is five stars their place is worth the trip you will not be disappointed.....

We had dinner here this past weekend and everything from the appetizers to the dinner to the desserts were incredible. Each and everything that was brought out was so fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend this place to anybody!!!

Always good food and friendly service. Have brought family and friends and everyone has enjoyed as much as we do. Generous portions and soup or salad are included with entree. Entertainment on weekends. Highly recommend!!
