This Chick-Fil-A is one of my absolute favorites! The employees are always so wonderful and have always made me feel welcome. Tonight I used the app to order a large chicken tortilla soup, when I arrived at the restaurant they explained they were out. I told them it was fine and I would be glad to order something else, but they made me fresh soup. They were so kind that I didnt care about the wait time at all, I will definitely be going back!!

This is my favorite location in Mobile. Even for Chick-fil-A staffs, which are always nice, this location goes above and beyond. One of the staff was getting ready to go eat dinner and instead made me a milkshake that I was waiting for when he saw me standing and holding my toddler. They are very accommodating to menu changes for gluten free options. The French fries and hash browns are done in separate fryers

Their new barbeque bacon sandwich was delicious and the manager who get my order told the the crew that I was the first one who ordered it. They just released the new barbeque bacon sandwich today 05/15/2017 @ 6:54:03 am. Next time that Ill visit them I will try their strawberry lemonade as well together with the new barbeque bacon sandwich. A huge thanks to the crew that created my breakfast meal.

I cant begin to say how much I appreciate these people getting my really hard orders right all the time. I cant eat a lot of things so it really means a lot to me when I dont have to go back up to the service counter and argue with people. Once the people in the back got my food wrong and they noticed it before it even got to me so they corrected it before I even had to say anything.

My son loves to eat and play there but this chick fil a has a problem with flys. Everytime I go there I feel like Im eating outside on a picnic swatting flies away the whole time. Makes no sense . They need to do better because I cant imagine how many of the flies flying around in the lobby is in the kitchen area touching the food while cooking . Yuck!

This is my go-to CFA being nearest to my home base of operations. I was customer #89 on opening day and still continue to dine here at least once per week. Do yourself a favor and go (unless its Sunday). The CFA receives my highest recommendation and endorsement.

Pretty good chicken tenders and waffle fries. Great for young children. The ice cream is not that great. They do have a lot of healthy options, and accommodations for young children. Great alternative to Chuck E cheese or Petes party castle if your child is under 4

The drive-thru employees are always pleasant and I never have to wait very long, even when theyre busy. Ive never had any problems with an order and they always give me enough sauce (for my husband; he requires a lot of sauce!)... A+ ☆

Friendly customer service. When you visit, youre better off placing your to-go order inside, than waiting in the drive-thru. Because of the popularity of this restaurant, the drive-thru is always congested.
