We have been coming to this particular location for so many times service has always been good and the food was what you can expect coming from a big and well known chain but on this particular day I felt otherwise. I have no complaints about the food, It was the service. The service (or the lack thereof) of the server, her name is IVANA with the RED HAIR. You cant miss her. I dont know what her problem was to us but it felt like she did not want to serve us at all. The only time she went to our table was to get our order (which was the only time she stopped by the table without us asking). I would understand if it was busy and on a weekend. But this was Wednesday, in the middle of the week. At first we patiently waited, there were two tables around us which she covers. She attended to the first asked how the table was doing and then the second and then started walking away completely forgetting about us. So i called her attention and ask for bread. Maybe shes just tired and honestly forgot so I gave her that benefit of the doubt. She came back with bread gave it to us and right after turned to the table right next to us and asked them how they were. After a few minutes we finished the bread and wanted a refill but she was nowhere to be found. When she came back she attended to the other tables and I had to call her attention again. This time it made me think now if she is doing it on purpose. So we waited on our food, it came and was brought by another server. The whole time we were eating, she never came to our table and ask how the food were and how we were doing. But she went to the other two tables and kept on attending to them. I gave her one last chance, I finished my water purposely to see if she will notice and ask for a refill. To my surprise, she did not. I had to stand up and approach another person and on this instance I had to let them know that we were not getting the service that we expected and I asked for the manager. As soon as my daughter was done eating I asked for the check. When she gave it to me i asked if I can pay righ infront of the enteance because I dont want to wait forever to she told me I cannot do that and I had to pay right on the spot. So I did. She said it to me with an ATTITUDE. And then the manager came and talk to me. While I was talking to the manager, IVANA was making faces directed towards us which my wife saw. I cant believe the experience that we had! I felt compelled to write this review not only because I dont want anybody else to experience this type of "selected" service this woman offers but also to prove a point that there is an ISSUE that needs to be addressed. The server was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and UNAPOLOGOLETIC. This kind of attitude does not belong in this type of industry. Remember customers keep on coming back not only because of the kind of food that you offer but most especially the service and the people you have in the establishment! And clearly IVANA just taints the name of the brand for me and leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Im baffled that this place has good reviews. The only time I get decent service there is when I sit in the high top tables in the bar. Whenever were seated in the dining room, the service is beyond horrible. First of all the dining room is ALWAYS filthy. Theres food under the tables and all over the seats. Then we ALWAYS have to wait at least 20 minutes to be greeted. Then the server says "do you know what you want to drink." Then she proceeded to extend her hand towards each of us and barks "ID." She then said in a condescending tone, "these drinks come from the bar so its gonna take a few minutes." And before she walked away to get our drinks she said "were you ready to order too"? She wanted us to hurry up and give her our entire order all at once. The food was good s always, which is why I gave 2 stars. She did not hesitate to drop our check with our dessert. But then she never came back to take our payment. We waited almost half an hour to pay her. but since she never came back we stood up and asked another server to take her payment. And that server gave it to our server. She was never pleasant. She seemed annoyed that we were there. This is happened every single time weve sat in the dining room. The time before this time we ended up getting up from the table in the dining room and sitting in the bar. Our service was good in the bar. But weve had so many bad experiences here that weve decided not to go back to this location. My husband and I are both servers. We know what its like. And we never ever complain when we go out to eat. But this is just consistently so horrible that we had to say something. We said something to the hostess on the way out and she just said Im sorry and that was it. We do not treat our guests this way when they sit in our sections. We try to give everyone good service and we never assume certain guests wont tip us well and in turn give them bad service. So we dont expect to be treated that way. Were always nice, patient, low maintenance and excellent tippers. We always run up a high bill. We order apps, drinks, entrees and dessert. But we do not feel welcome at this restaurant. We just wanted to get out of there. Thats a horrible feeling. Its a buzz kill! So we will never be back. And Melissa might need to be retrained. At least on her customer service skills.

WARNING: Cleanliness/Appearance 10 out of 10 Food Quality/Quantity 10 out of 10 Service? uhhhhhhh... read on :) I took my family to The Cheesecake Factory in Schaumburg for my nieces 15th birthday party. She is the most adorable child so sweet but there are no Cheesecake Factories where she lives. She has heard so many good things and I have actually shipped her and her mother cheesecake from there on occasion. They LOVE the peanut butter cheese cake! We arrived on Friday night October 9th about 8oclock and was seated in a booth all the way in the back of the main isle (I hope the manager is reading) There wasnt a long wait which was surprising. So far this was turning out to be a great idea for the birthday party... enter the waiter. I can safely say I can not recall having worse service it was so over the top I couldnt believe what I was seeing/hearing coming from him. I wish I had gotten his name. He seemed generally impatient and visibly irritated that we didnt have their menu committed to memory. Even Ed Debevics wouldnt have wanted this guy. When we needed our waiter I tried to get the attention of another one walking by who gave me the same type response as our waiter. WOW! Theres another server here with the same personality?! I felt as though we had done something wrong. It was so sad that my wonderful niece had to experience this for her birthday because everything else was great. Its such a beautiful place, great food but just contaminated with poor service. The service was the rat poo in the rice pudding. I wont be going back to this particular Cheesecake Factory. In MVHO, try a different Cheesecake Factory or if you prefer to stay in the area Id look elsewhere for my meal.
