i stumbled on this place because I googled searched for a place nearby my house after the horrific experience i had at the place I went to prior to ibrow salon [the last lady CUT one of my eyebrows leaving a bald spot and when i brought it to her attention she had the nerves to blame it on me/the way my eyebrow grew... even though Ive never had bald spots from someone cutting my brows ever before] ANYWAY, I am so glad and thankful I found iBrow salon - the owner [who is actually the one who does my brows too] literally SAVED me from the botched job the other place left me with and for the past few months Ive been going - she gets me right everytime! The trust you give the person doing your eyebrows is MAJOR [at least for me] !! & the owner is also super nice and engages in genuine conversation w each person - I imagine she has a lot of customers but she greets my 5yr old daughter and I so warmly [and remembers us] each time! I appreciate her being so nice about me bringing my young daughter because a lot of salons dont like having kids around too much. I highly recommend going here if you are looking for consistency in your brows - she also doesnt make you feel insecure and push you to get other things threaded like other places do!

Going to this place is always a good experience. They offer multiple services, which is like a one-stop shop. The first thing you notice when you walk in this salon is the welcoming coustomer service. No matter how busy they are, the staff always welcomes you with a smile on their face. I always get my eyebrows done by the owner. She always does a good job, making sure my eyebrow shape is not changed. She gives honest opinions about what looks good on you and what doesnt, which is very rare these days. I recommend this place to everyone, you wont be disappointed with their services.

What annoys me most is bad customer service. I walked into the IBrow Salon in Huntley and stood at the desk for maybe 5 minutes and not one person looked up. So I sat down and as the lady walked up to make another persons appointment she didnt even say hello or well be right with you. After sitting for 30 minutes, I got up and left. I will be taking my business elsewhere considering I was a new customer wanting my brows threaded then tinted and was interested in a few other services. HORRIBLE!!!!

Completely ruined my eyebrows. I will not be returning. The lady who did my eyebrows didnt even shape them. She just cleaned them up and missed a bunch of stray hairs. When she trimmed them, she only trimmed the hairs at the front, not the end ones where they are the longest. I got my eyebrows done here because I have a formal event in five days, but now I dont even want to go to it because my eyebrows are so messed up.

This is the new location of the eyebrow threading kiosk at Huntley outlet mall. Ive been getting my brows done by them for a few years now and they always do a great job! They offer a variety of other services like henna and lashes as well. Definitely recommend this place, plus the ladies are always so lovely!

I have been going to her since couple of years now and she is the best! I have very sensitive skin so she makes sure to do it with soft hands and less painful!! Very friendly to talk to as well!! Definitely recommend her for all her services specially eyebrows!
