The overall experience was so-so; nice that they keep the business within the family; price is great - but I definitely got what I paid for. The stylists were very nice, but the one who cut my hair did a horrible job. It is not the worst hair cut I have ever had, but it is close. I am not a stylist, but even i noticed that he didnt use his guide properly (if this is how you say it?). Ending with my hair being lopsided. Also, I normally have my hair slightly thinned because I have enough for two people and like to keep it long but it is heavy, but this person used the thinning shears when my hair was wet! Now one side looks so much thinner than the other. He did allow me to come in two days later to fix the lopsided look, but there was nothing to be done about the improper thinning - have to wait for my hair to grow out a lot more before I have someone come at me with thinning shears again and it will not be from here.

I have always had a great experience here, they do a wonderful job on both my fiance and my hair, and they show they care by being personable and giving great advice when Im unsure on how to have my hair done. They are the only salon that can cut mens hair properly down here.
