There not even a 1, when in with hair below my shoulders ask for a trim. The girl China took a big chunk out of the side, could fix it, Rick another one said he could fix, but not what I wanted or ask for. Needless to say, I left with a hair cut up to my chin. Then Rick was trying to charge me for a service. I gave him my business card and told him to have his manager call me, I wasnt paying for a service that I didnt get what I ask for. As Rick was fixing my hair he was explaining to China how to cut it and what she did wrong. If you want to be a Guinea pig and dont care what your hair looks like then this might be the place for you, other wise STAY AWAY!!! my husband always tells me you get what you pay for!!!! Who thought a trim of just the ends being cut off could turn out so bad

Went to get my hair cut women was so rude!!! She didnt want to wash or blow dry my hair. She said it be a lot of money to blow dry it!! Told her dont care about the cost!! She just didnt want to do her job!! Went some where else and they did a great job so I gave them a 20.00 tip!!!

Poor service no suggestive services or sales bad haircut person had nosering tatoos and sneeze twice without covering mouth and didnt brother to use sanitezer

Very bad service my husband cut his hair and he had a tube that cut his hair all in home. Very bad service I do not recommend those people have no experience

Absolute horrible service. My hair was bleached twice, fried and was the most horrifying color ever. They need more training
