I was a walk-in client and I just wanted a very simple hair cut. After waiting almost 30 minutes, the stylist working on anther womans hair called to another stylist sitting in the back of the store unseen to come out to help. I expressed how I only wanted (at most) a centimeter cut off, to just have my split ends evened out, and to feather my bangs. I had very short hair that I had grown out for a year after losing it all to chemo and was excited about how long it was getting. I expressed all of this to the stylist and I even showed her pictures how example hair cuts and she seemed to understand. First, the pricing sign stated that all haircuts came with a free shampoo and I did not receive one. Second, during the entire hair cut she kept me turned away from the mirror, never spoke to me, and seemed to be annoyed by having to give me a haircut and seemed to be rushing through my hair. Lastly, when she said she was done I noticed she didnt even touch any of the hair on the top of my head including my bangs which I specifically asked to be cut. I walked away with a hack-job of an uneven, boyish haircut. She cut almost two inches off the sides, nothing on top, and chunks from the back. I had a mullet. The hair by my ears was cut two different lengths and styles. I was (and still am) devastated by losing over half of the hair that I was so excited to be getting back after losing all of my hair from cancer. Now my hair will be even shorter since I have to go and get it fixed (in another salon.) Im never going back and I highly suggest finding a different salon for your haircuts.

I went in wanting a perm with the largest rods for a loose perm! Made it very clear! I was turned from the mirror and when all said and done she explained to me she gave smaller rods because I wouldnt get much of a curl!!! Not only did I get a frizzy Curley perm! She fried my hair and had to cut over 3 inches off. My hair is ruined!!! I went home and washed immediately. The very next day I went back and got full refund!!! Which was great! But since then I had to go to another salon and had to cut two more inches off because my hair was in much poor shape. I now have hair that touches my shoulder!!! Live and learn. I just want to warn others to go to a real salon that will do a professional job. Thank God my hair grows out fast! This so called salon at Walmart in Pascagoula is a joke!!! I wouldnt of even give it a star but had to to leave a comment. Its worth paying more for a perm and waiting to get in a professional salon than going to a walk-in salon.

I just moved to Biloxi last week regretting I didnt get one last haircut in Ohio. I looked online for a salon and could not find one with good or any reviews. I had worked at Wal-Mart before and never saw anyone leave a salon there looking bad. Although it was Saturday I went into this salon. I only had to wait a few minutes. Dominique #2 did fabulous job!! I showed her a pic of me after my last cut. During my cut she showed me her progress and was sweet about it if I said to do this or that. The price was great so i could give her a good tip! Ill be looking for her to do future cuts!
