I recently stayed at Harrods Grand Biloxi. I will never go back because management doesnt seem to care because your room air conditioning didnt work. I realized this problem after returning to the room after 1am from the casino and sitting the thermostat at 60 degrees and going to bed. I woke up at 330am the room was hot and my daughter was asleep. I adjusted the temp thinking I may have did something wrong. Went back to sleep. Woke up over and over again because of the room temperature. This was also after having to allow maintenance to come into my room after 1am because the toilets pressure was low. I talked to a supervisor about both problems. All she wanted to do was allow me to stay 3 hours longer. I didnt need to stay longer I needed my air to work that night while I tried to sleep. Bottom line the supervisor as well as the manager only wanted to waive a $14.99 resort fee! The last time I stayed there we had no hot water to take a bath with that night or morning. I guess these problems come with the hotel being one of the oldest in Biloxi. Where I live the Peabody is the oldest hotel in the south, but they care about there hotel being excellent and comfort for the guest. When a room rents for at least $100 I think its expected the air and toilet works. And when traveling who doesnt need a good nite sleep. OBVIOUSLY THATS WHY YOU ARE RENTING A ROOM ANYWAY. My daughters agreed it was hot also.The room and management sucks! Will return to Biloxi for sure and I have heard Beau Rivage was very good. I also reserved three rooms at Harrods with a gulf view in 2009. Guess what? All were facing the pool.

Very disappointed in my experience. I went to get a mani and I paid $15 to remove my fake nails which she didnt fully take them off she seemed as she was in a hurry and didnt want to give me the time. I asked her if they were going to pop off and she said they shouldnt. I was so irritated and let her keep half my fake nails on while she painted over them. Not even an hour hour later my fake nails popped off as I knew they would so that $15 I was charged they didnt do there job. I had to do my nails over again myself after spending 60$ on my nails plus being NICE giving her $15. What a joke. Will never ever recommend this place or go back. I have gone to ALOT of places and this seems to be the worst.

It was a wonderful experience. They were very professional and everyone make you feel very special. I had a luxury facial with Lyndsay and she did a wonderful job. She explained every product she was going to use. I loved it. The ambiance is perfect to escape the most stressful day.
