I visited Brooks on-line in search for a barber near Plainfield after learning my existing barber was hospitalized. I typically drive North of Plainfield, but thought I would do a search in Joliet when I noticed great reviews for Brooks. I dropped in and was greeted by the owner. There was no opening, but I was told I could come back later so I made an appointment. Brooks asked me my name and gave me his business card as I was leaving. I returned 10-12 minutes before my appointment in the event he was running ahead of schedule. Again I was politely greeted as I walked thru the door. As I sat waiting I noticed Brooks personally greeting each and every client as they arrived. His appreciation for his clients was not by accident. To my surprise the owner asked me to the barber chair approximately 5 minutes of my appointment time. I showed him a hair-cut photo on my cell. Less than 45 minutes later he was done. I checked my cut in the hand mirror and was pleased. Also surprisingly was his prices; considerably lower than all my barbers up North. I gladly paid and tipped him. Brook’s was polite, prompt and proficient. I will definitely be back.

This guys is ok if you want really short hair my husband whent to this guy last week ask just for a trim and end up wht short hair. The barber talks to much wht other ppl thats allot of waiste of time 2hrs. I would not recomend him if you want your hair to look good. (theres a diferent types of hair and this guy knows nothing idk how is he still in bussines)

If your ever in the Chicago/Joliet area stop in and enjoy the great, customer service, great Barber atmosphere, and a "Master Barber quality Cut".

Great customer service. He greets you as soon as you walk in with open and welcoming arms. He has the best BARBERSHOP in the Chicago area! It is forsurly a mans cave and enjoyable to be around. Theres everything you would imagine there ! Not to mention he does a extravagant job on haircut with great prices!
