Was very disappointed with the service. I had read great reviews about the service and the quality of the haircuts. Had been here some time ago and was not very impressed with the haircut. Decided to give it a try again today and wanted to make sure I did not get a haircut from the person who had previously given me a haircut. And so I got an appointment and went there a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. When I got there the girl at the front desk tells me that Natalia with whom I had scheduled my appointment decided to take someone else on as a client and my appointment had be reassigned to the person with whom I did not want an appointment in the first place. They did not have the courtesy to call and let me know or even the decency to apologize after I got there. I wasted my time, gas and money driving there only to cancel and walk away because Natalia would not be able to give me a haircut as scheduled. Never going back there again. May have been a one time thing and maybe they are good at giving haircuts, but I would have expected some better customer service.

I havent been to a real barbershop in years so I figured Id try this one. Its close to my house and they do undercuts. Went today at 2. There was only two people getting their haircut and no one else was waiting to get one. The receptionist asked if I had an appointment. I said no and she told me that theyre "overbooked" the rest of the day and that theyll be open tomorrow. I figured that shed ask me if I would like to make an appointment for the next day but she just stared at me. Whats the point of having a receptionist then?

I have been going here for over a couple years and been extremely happy with my haircuts (maybe once less than stellar but not bad either). I do not understand the 1 star reviews. Bilijana (Billy) and Elena have both been awesome and I trust either with my hair and my hair is difficult to scissor cut evenly and well, but they do! The staff is friendly (although usually quite busy, best to make appointment!). I have trouble finding people I like and trust to cut my hair well and when I do, I stick with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First I went for a hair cut and to get my beard lined up. My hair was not even blended and the barber used the excuse, "you have really dark hair, and indents in your head." Then when I told him to fix it he was only making it worst! Then the price was outrageous!!!! Way way over priced and for no reason at all! Just for a beard lineup they want 25$!!! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!

Congratulations to Elena and Natalia for making Studio 95 what it is today! Ive been going there since they opened and its always an amazing experience! Talented, professional, courteous, and outstanding service! Ive never been disappointed. I highly recommend Studio 95!

Fifth time visiting Studio 95 and was shocked that none of the regular people were working. Found out it was under new ownership and all new employees. Turned out to be a better than expected haircut. Bonus back massage after the hair cut.

Shop is nice. Owner seems nice. But dont go to Biljana (womens name). Terrible cut. Terrible attitude. If you are going to go here, rock on. Just make sure you dont get Biljana!!!!

I went in for a haircut and a trim (JUST a trim) for my big ol beard. Psycho took half my beard off and then charged me $40. Never going back.

Price is a bit high but it keeps out the riff-raff. Having a strict appointment process is appreciated due to my hectic schedule.

Natalia is the best. Great hair cut, beard shave/trim, the whole package. Best barbershop in the area.
