Had my hair done by Lauren.. BIGGEST mistake!!! $150 mistake to be exact. Came in for some chunky highlights and lowlights on my light brown hair and left with flat blackish/brown hair with bright red roots. Not a hint of blonde ANYWHERE in this hair. Spent 3 1/2 hours there to leave with "highlights" that are darker than the hair I walked in with!!! Still got charged for the blonde I dont have and the dimensional highlights that are nonexistent. Will have to spend MORE time and money elsewhere to get it fixed now, and it will now be even harder to lift to my desired blonde due to how dark it currently is. SO mad

Had my hair done by Lauren and I love it! Lauren was very easy to talk to and did my hair exactly the way I wanted it! I had my hair lightened, highlighted, and dyed, and every step of the way she would make sure I was comfortable with how everything was looking/going. She took her time and it did not feel rushed, which I can certainly appreciate. She listened to my hair concerns and advised accordingly. She really went above and beyond for me that day. I STRONGLY recommend going to Lauren for any hair needs! ❤️

Great place for supplies. Good service BUT if they are offering any promotions with the purchase of anything DO NOT EXPECT TO RECEIVE IT! Every time I go to buy something and they are offering a freebie they are out. Never in 3yrs have I received my birthday present because they were always out of that as well, mascara, really, wont even give a comparison item in place! I still shop here because I do get to purchase I need to.

I was here yesterday and one of the workers was very rude! I forgot her name but, I know her name was, Leslie. I honestly would recommend you all to go to another Ulta besides this one because they only have at least 1-3 good workers who I barely see when I walk in.

Recently had a make-up consultation and the Lancome beauty specialist who assisted me was fabulous. The store carries several high-end brands at high-end prices. There are some cheaper brands available and you can off-set prices by using coupons from Retail-Me-Not.
