I would rate it lower if it were possible. I was very unhappy with how my eyebrows turned out. The lady left a dent on my right eyebrow and claimed it she had not done it. However before walking into the salon I didnt not have any dent. She was not friendly and never took the responsibility. Then she called the owners daughter and she was not friendly either. She moved my face very rudely, so I asked her to be careful. She then opened a drawer that my daughter was infront of without saying exuse me or anything she hit her with the drawer. They both acted very poorly with the situation.

Really bad service, untrained people, .. i went there for color n lady over there messed up my hair n was scrubbing my scalp n did not even get the color i wanted, wen i complained this to the lady manager named Zara about this she started arguing with me saying if i want some changes u better pay me more, V Cheap, Unprofessional, Money minded people. BEWARE

I alway get my brows done here and Ive never had a bad experience till today. I let them grow out for over a month, went to get them done and the lady THINNED them out; she took off my arch and tail. Im just glad my sister didnt tag along cause she wouldve had jacked up eyebrows for prom and graduation.

My mom went in to get her eyebrows done. The lady doing her eyebrows made a dent in her eyebrow which she would not own up to.
