Owner Laura Makes it all good in this exclusive, salon. you walk in and be assured that you get a very friendly welcome, a personalized service, and if you get Laura, the owner of this place, you are lucky to have her 25 plus years of experience as a stylist and her customer service is outstanding. plz go and visit this place some time. I have visited many many salons , and this one, makes a lot of difference. it is just unbelievable how the place looks neat and clean always, with a lot of customers getting their hair done, and you can get an appointment over the phone or over the internet and you go there, and the person is ready for you. you get coffeee, you get toffeee.. you get welcome wish,, you get welcome smile . this small business is very likely to do very very good in the coming years. Laura started this business one year back . I always promote small business in the community and Hair Experts, I will recommend to any one, any time. May god bless this organization and the owner Laura, abundantly , and her crew members too. five star rating for these people, especially Laura, who is putting her heart into this place.

I am a severely picky client. I have had many terrible experiences with other salons and Ive never found anyone who has done my hair that I would be loyal to for a variety of reasons, that was until today. Krissy listened to what I wanted and did exactly what we talked about. She didnt try to sell me on any extra products or services and actually suggested less expensive options that worked for me just as well. The whole salon was completely laid back & I was able to bring my child with me and the whole salon was very welcoming of him unlike others that dont want children around if the mom is getting things done. I will DEFINATELY be coming back to her again in the future! She did a great job and the price was incredibly reasonable!!

I made an appointment on October 22, 2015. When you first step into the salon, it reeks of mold or some sort of oldness. The salon assigned a stylist named Lindsey to cut my hair. She introduced herself to me and proceeded to ask what I need done to my hair. I blatantly explained to Lindsey that I wanted a trim and to blend the top of the hair. She (Lindsey,) chopped off over 2" of the length of my hair, I wanted to cry as I seen my hair fall to the floor. I asked her what she was doing, there was no explanation. She (Lindsey,) offered the hair cut for free, I paid, because I knew I would never step foot in this salon again. Please note, Lindsey when speaking to the public, make sure you do not smell like a clove of garlic.

There are lots of salons....but Hair Experts is a cut above. Dropping by to make an appointment its like entering a friends home - stylists chatting with clients, people warmly greeted when they come thru the door. I have a special appreciation for owner Laura - she shaved my head when I started chemo...and trimmed the first scraggly locks when my hair grew back in. The young woman who styled my hair last week was highly skilled, and almost intuitively gave me exactly what I wanted. I walked out feeling special and happy with the results. Wonderful place. If youre into practical? The shops pristine and inviting and parking behind the shop is convenient.

Ive been getting my hair styled by Laura for several years now and am always very happy with her work. She has a great personality - she really listens to her customers and works hard to give you exactly what you want. I honestly cannot understand the one-star review that says the salon smelled bad. Laura, the owner, makes sure the place is kept spotless. It has never smelled of mold in the many many times Ive been there. One more thing... I brought my mother, who has advanced dementia, in to get her hair cut and styled by Laura. Laura was just awesome in the way she worked with her and Mom was truly delighted with the results!

Called in advance to make appointment, told person on the phone my daughter has very thick hair that needed to be thinned. We were there before our time had to wait 20 minutes then THEY CHOPPED IT! It looked like they stuck a bowl ontop on her and cut it and it is very uneven. She was then shuffled to another woman who was suppose to "fix" it and looks just as bad and now my daughter does not want to go to school until I can go somewhere else to have this botch job fixed and with her first communion in less than a week away.

Cheryl has been my stylist for 5 years, and I could not be happier. I am an actor so the physical stuff like hair is very important for my work and under constant scrutiny. The first time Cheryl did my color, my agent asked for Cheryls name and said she would send her clients to her. Cheryl is a true artist with color and understands her clients needs. Also, despite her packed schedule, Cheryl always squeezes me in somehow, which is so appreciated. I cannot say enough good things!

Outstanding Haircut and Excellent Service! Laura actually cares that you recieve a quality haircut and takes her time to make sure that happens. She definitely treats your hair the way it should be treated and is very informative with her suggestions. The owner Laura makes all the difference in this salon. She jumps in with various clients and brings to the table 20 years of experience. When my process turned more on the golden side (normally does, from a family of red-heads) she came up with a quick concoction that qucikly eliminated the unwanted brass and turned into the best color my hair has ever seen! And for a heck of alot less than Mario Tricoci used to cost me!

From the moment I first walked in Laura was very hosptitable. Not only was she friendly but she did an awesome job of cutting my hair. I usually go to a barber shop to get my fade. Laura was very thorough in making sure my haircut was the way I like it. I really appreciate the fact she pays attention to her customers wants.
