This place has questionable business practices. For example, when customers put money in the internet juke box, the manager will discreetly go and check what songs their customers just put in the upcoming playlist/queue and if the selections are not rap music they have the bartenders go over with a phone app and erase the selections paid for by their customers. When asking the manager about this deceptive practice he eventually admitted there is only certain music they want played in the establishment (i.e. they only want Rap music) and then gave us our money back only after we demanded a refund. Id imagine many customers have been scammed out of their money in this manner and in other ways in this place. In addition, the staff here basically ignored us and provided poor service the rest of our visit thereafter. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Worst service ever it took a lot out of me not to walk out let alone leave a tip. They threw my food on the table, I had to get up to get my own salt and pepper because I was ignored and I had to flag someone else down twice so I can get a ranch and pay my bill. The attitude I got I started to think it was personal and the place wasn’t busy while she smoke her e-cigarette behind the bar. I don’t smoke I didn’t want to breath that in. The food was good but if that’s how customers are treated I cant never go back.

Phyllis does a remarkable job behind the bar. Shes affable, efficient, and gives as good as she gets. Were it not for her Id not have returned a second time. Good spot to watch the game but its both an old-man bar and a haven for tattooed brohans. Yeah, so I have a pop on my way up to a standing weekly meeting and keep to myself. If you gamble, there are video machines for chance...I feel the same about the menu. I tried to find something semi-healthy to eat here but came up snake-eyes.

Worst customer service Ive ever received. I ordered $65 of food on a Sunday night. One item was made with meat sauce, even though I ordered correctly. When I called the next day to get the item I played for, the bozo manager seemed as though I made the mistake. What a waste of money, the $11 burger was dry and flavorless, and the pasta with broccoli and garlic had 5 pieces of broccoli and no flavor. At least the philly was OK. Stick with a company that actually corrects their mistakes.

Great food and great service! The hostess seemed a little over worked when we arrived and probably could have used some back up. However, we were seated very fast. Our server was AWESOME!! She was very busy but she was on top of it and took great care of us. The food was SOOOO GOOD! We could see the staff helping each other out because the place was super busy due to it being a Friday night during March Madness. This was our first time at Chasers but we will for sure be returning!

TINA IS A HORRIBLE!!! Im actually sitting here right now and the bartender didnt offer me a menu or anything she is to busy on her phone texting behind the bar and talking to one customer and not focusing on me or anybody else its really sad how bad she is doing right now! I will never come back with this horrible serves here this has happened more than 10 times if I could I would get rid of every girl here with there stuck up attitude out of here ASAP!

Just going to Chasers in itself is an EXPERIENCE. Where do I start? Jenn is the vet that tends bar. You want a shot? Gotta go through Jenn first. Half off pizza on Monday?! Talk to my girl, Jenn. Heck, you wanna send a freaking PBR and a slider to the two pretty girls across the bar??? HOLLER AT MY GIRL JENN. God I just get so hyped thinking about this place!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER THE SPICY CALAMARI. Its perfectly good calamari ruined by being soaked in buffalo sauce. Dont get me wrong, Im into buff chicken, but jeeze. At least mark it as buffalo so you know what youre getting. Service was ok, brought out the app after the main meal for some reason. Lunch menu is cheap so thats a plus, pretty good wrap and burger. Dont think I would go back.

I would have to say for a bar it is ok. Bar food , eh. However, there are a couple stand outs. The sliders are very tasty and the habanero wings are DELICIOUS. Crispy, sweet, with some nice heat. Otherwise typical bar food. Great location for watching sports especially outside.

Its a typical sports bar. They have lots of TVs all over. Sometimes lighting is a bit dimmer than Id like, but its needed for the TVs. As with most sports bars ask about the daily special. Regular bar food fare. Everything I have ordered has been tasty.

Have been here on numerous occasions. The servers are always very rude. Not attentive to their tables, not kind to female patrons. Pizza is decent, service is below par. Typically full of old men, not surprised based on the service that females receive.

The food was good and reasonably priced. Was very disappointed with the cost of the beer and the fact that there was no price on their menu for them. Was quite shocked when we received our bill and four beers coast as much as two meals. Service was ok.

I sat in here with my wife for 45 min an never got served. Waitstaff avoided eye contact at all costs and ignored my requests for service. I will never set foot in here and do not recommend this horrible establishment to anyone.

Wings are huge and really tasty. Waitress was really friendly and checked in often. Wednesdays they have trivia night, seemed fun, but we couldnt stay to participate. Will definitely go back if in the area for the wings.

The wait staff was very "friendly", the made a point to be nice ..most are good looking and are willing to go the extra mile to make your Chasers experience unforgettable. .Joanne , Tina , and Chris are great.

Kind of like your run-of-the-mill chain restaurants, but nicer. Wide selection of grub and enough beers that you should be able to find something interesting. Nice enough place to take in a game.
