This story about my visit is one for the books, So earlier today I was happy because I was going to buy a palm tree right. However, due to the climate challenge in Chicago I wasnt able to purchase a palm tree. I decided to handle my depression with eating, as usual. I decided to cry off my pain at this Chic-Fil-A. What I didnt know was I was going to get even more depressed visiting this establishment. All was good in the hood when I got to the drive-thru, no wait, nothing. I ordered my family and I food because we were killing it in the yards today (were hispanic) and we needed some fuel to keep on going. I ordered everything and the lady who attended my visit was quite nice, she looked like the little girl from polar express. I get home and out of excitement about knowing I was about to feast like DJ Khaled I jumped out of the car with my bag, I squat 315 by the way. I dont think the bagger took physics at highshool because he stacked the nuggets on the bottom of the bag and the sandwiches at the top, no chill at all! The bag ripped and fell and all the nuggets and sandwiches fell out along with the variety of sauces! I was baffled! But in the middle of my heart attack, not from the weight but because the bag ripped, I noticed no potatoes flew out! I lost it! I realized they didnt bag the fries! I went to the back and gave the fam bam their chickens without telling them that I dropped it just moments ago and I proceeded to break the news that THIS CHIC-FIL-A DISCRIMINATES THE PRESENCE OF WAFFLE FRIES and an order of chicken nuggets for my dog Panda because she loves her nuggets. Everyone was mad, my mom yelled at me. I called and they said they were sorry. Sorry? I live in Addison for them just to tell me sorry? They said theyd send me coupons in the mail for my troubles but, my family isnt going to eat this chicken without a side of sodium so I asked if I could get my fries and they said of course, I still asked for the coupons because why not. I drove the Rari down to Bloomingdale again not knowing what to expect. They attended me right away, since there wasnt any line at the drive-thru, dejavu. They gave me a bag full of waffle fries and me, Im a pacifist and I dont believe in the fight culture, grinned and smiled and said thank you. I do believe in bribing and asked for free milkshakes for my troubles of driving all the way there again since they werent going to be refunding my gas money and they said "No, sorry." I was once again, heart broken. They gave me free meal cards or whatever and I got home and I forgot to ask for ketchup so my family and I ate some dry ass fries and my dog ate her nuggets, Ive never seen an animal that relieved to eat, and Im talking about my dog not my mom so chill guys. Lesson learned, they dont want you to eat.

Ive given up. Their management is complete crap. I had asked for my meal to come with no cheese on it. In allergic to dairy. The guy at the drive thru acknowledged that, and so I assumed all was good. I got home, looked under the bun and saw cheese. I was frustrated, but went back to talk to a manager. I told her what happened, and all she said to me was, "Oh". Seriously? No apology? The responsible thing to have done would been to say sorry, and offer to either comp my meal, or give me a free meal or something on my next visit. She gave me a new sandwich, but that is a horrible job done by the manager. On a side note, to Chick-Fil-A management, if you would like to make my day, contact me. I dont know if you actually read these, but I would be glad to be contacted if you want to fix this. Cause this was pretty ridiculous.

Eating in after a ruff day at work ..Tyler a worker just gave me a refill on my Cherry Coke..wow I feel honored..ty Tyler and cleaned my tray..wow he us spoiling me..ty again Tyler you the man !!...put a smile on my sad day.. God bless him so much....cool I got a cow hat also...Im going before tears of gratitude fall down my face...my first visit at a chick fill a... WOW..is this for real ? .or am in a dream..? ..and Tyler my guardian angel..ty ty ty

Ive been to Chick-fil-A in the past and loved it. Not sure if it was the location (first time at this one) or maybe just my expectations, but I thought the food was a little meh this time around. The kids used the play area and had fun, but it was a bit dirtier than I would have expected.

Always great service and great food! I come here for my lunch break and bring my kids to the play area which was very clean! They have table toppers when you dine in so your child can eat and clean up is easy!

They cooked up the biscuits just as good if not better than the original in Atlanta. This location has got breakfast covered! Friendly, quick, clean, properly priced, could not ask for anything better.

The chicken is delicious. There is really nothing else I can say about that. Fast friendly service as well, I wish they were open Sundays because thats the day I always remember to go there.

Its good only disappointment was finding out some of the fried stuff was peanut oil which I am allergic to and its fine but when its around the place its a hassel to make sure I dont touch it

Friendly staff. Great food. They mess up your order from time to time, but they fix it right away and give you free stuff if you catch it before you get home or come back.

Aside from great customer service. A fresh/hot meal alongside a great lemonade. To end it with your delicious chocolate chunk cookie was a hit. WOW.....the best ending
