I travelled with my family. I am very disappointed due to the fact that they dont have reliable agents in Mecca. I missed my flight because of their driver having accident on the way to Jeddah airport. They blamed it on each other and I was given a hotel in Jeddah with no food included. No one contacted me for over 24 hours. I had to call them to find out my options, so I ended up paying air fare for 5 people form Jeddah to Karachi. Also, I encourage you to read the itinerary carefully, I was promised and charged for breakfast only in Medinah and Mecca, but on the itinerary it was written Mecca room only ( RO) my fault I did check and I had to pay out my pocket at the check out counter. We had to climb stairway to get to the room and the sofa cum bed provided had no mattress or cushioning so one of my children had to sleep on the sofa for four nights. I am very disappointed with their false promises and services provided by the agents in Mecca. I will never use their services in life.
