They are only experienced in the middle east tickets, only if you want fly with middle east worst carrier Royal Jordanian airlines, sometimes they have good promotions only winter time to middle east area, otherwise its cheaper to buy a ticket using the major airlines websites and Kayak and Expedia, because they selling you the ticket with the same online price and they ad on each ticket from $35.00 to $50.00 commission on each ticket, the customer service is really bad.

The worst travel agent in chicago land . Customer services they are bad.they dont have any experience. The only thing they know its moany they be happy when they take it . And the royal Jordans flight they are worst airline in the world bad services .am never going back to this agent again and am telling everyone a bout them . Plzz everyone dont shop from them .

When traveling to the middle east...I always shop prices, they are by far the cheapest. Their agency has been around for over 15 yrs or so, so their service is consistent. I would definately recommend them.
