We have used LaMacchia Travel on several of our vacations, the latest was one of our best vacations ever. I asked Tom for an all inclusive resort that was higher end, adults only, and private. Tom gave me about 10 different options and went over all of them with me. We selected the El Dorado Maroma in the Riviera Maya. It was amazing, the food was spectacular, it was not over crowded since it only has 70+ rooms and no other resorts for miles around it, the spa was great (I highly recommend the moonlight couples massage), you could choose from the pool or the beach and never have to search for a chair or bed to relax in, and all for a very reasonable price. Tom and Monica are always aiming to please and will do whatever they can to accommodate you.

I have had the pleasure of booking my travel needs with LaMacchia for the last 7 years. As an executive I have worked with them frequently for business but I also have used them for our family vacations. They are a family run business and that is how you are treated when you work with them... like family! Those of you who have traveled realize that issues will come up, the difference is how does your agency respond to them? Tom, Monica and the team have always smoothed any issue that has come up and allowed me to focus on what I needed to. My girlfriend and I went to LaMacchia Travel for our trip to Caribbean. Because we were unsure of where to go on our vacation, they sat down with us, went over dozens of options, discussed the pros and cons of each and really helped us make our decision(Punta Cana). With all the options out there, I dont know how we would have made a decision with out them! They were professional, friendly and took care of everything. The service they provided went well above and beyond what I had expected even after the trip was over. I would recommend LaMacchia Travel to ANYONE looking to travel. It was a truly wonderful, relaxing vacation with my girls! I decided ahead of time Id book it through LaMacchia travel. Im originally from Kenosha, but have lived in Arizona the last 12 years. I knew LaMacchia travel was the best option for an overall vacation package for me. My daughters and I decided a Caribbean getaway was exactly what we wanted and needed!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY! THEY RECOMMEND TERRIBLE RESORTS AND AFTER YOUR VACATION TURNS INTO CRAP THEY DO NOTHING ABOUT IT AFTER THE OWNER PROMISES HE WILL OVER AND OVER!
