I would not do business with this travel agency ever again, I went through this travel agency because of a wedding I was attending in Jamaica, we were told to use ANNETTE SALEM she was handling all of the parties attending the wedding. we made arrangements with her and paid in full at the time of booking. I called her back to make special request she was rude and told me I didnt do business with her after giving her more info on the wedding party she found my reservation and apologized. but when we embarked on our vacation we found that Annette Salem did nothing more than to book us on airplane that charged us for each baggage and didnt not put in any accommodations we requested. the whole trip was a nightmare and to tip it all off we left Jamaica 830a June 21 2014 and did not arrive in Chicago til 1100p..... today I called to complain about my trip and another and the representative hung up on me. first she said she could hear me and when I spoke up she said was yelling and hung up on me and now that i have read the other people reviews I see I am not the only misinform and unsatisfied customer....I wish i would have read these reviews before i did business with this Travel agency

We recently booked a trip with Jetway Travel, we went on a 6 night trip to the Rio Palace in Riviera Maya, Mexico! We were confident in everything that was told to us with what to expect and very excited, they took care of everything!! Jetway did a great job in hooking us up!! We had the most amazing trip!! This is a wonderful place to go, Im pretty picky about things when I travel, and I was very satisfied!! This place was BEAUTIFUL, very clean, the customer service was amazing and if something happened in the room that needed attention, it was taken care of immediately! The food was amazing, 5 different restaurants and a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner! We forgot to make reservations for a restaurant we wanted to try and the head guy got us in!! The wait staff was all over the place, our drinks were never empty, even on the beach!! We had beautiful weather, we didnt want it to end!! Jetway hook us up again!! Im hooked on Jetway Travel, way to take care of us !! Well be back!!!

Jetway World Travel is my Go-To agency. They have booked my trips to Italy, Bahamas, New Orleans, Jamaica, Greece, and Las Vegas (just to name a few). I have never had a problem with their transportation options or hospitality recommendations. The agents at Jetway always make sure that we have a smooth travel experience and are very easy to get a hold of if anything goes not according to plan. My friends and I have started using Jetway when traveling in large groups. It has made our travel so much easier and less stressful! They work hard to track down the best packages and the best prices. I always feel very taken care of and trust their judgement. We have a trip scheduled in December to Cabo San Lucas. Jetway found my group an affordable package at a very lovely all-inclusive resort. Thank you, Jetway World Travel!

We booked our Alaskan cruise with Annette Salem through Jetway and had an unforgettable trip. They helped throughout the entire process from Cruise selection, shore excursions, airfare, and all the various bits of connecting transportation that was needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the personal touch of a Thank You bottle of wine in our room and the Anniversary song and cake at the formal dinner. We enjoyed the smaller and more personal shore excursions that Jetway offered. We loved the itinerary for the land cruise portion of our trip and shared it with other cruise families at their request! Thank you Annette and Jetway World Travel. We will definitely be booking with you again.

Jetway Travel lied about the package that they sold my husband and I for our honeymoon...what they told us was all-inclusive WAS NOT and we ended up not getting everything they promised us...when we called to try and straighten things out, our agent was rude and asked us to "please stop bothering her"...they were rude, lied and I wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy. They ruined my honeymoon and I hope others read this review so they can save their money and travel with a different agency!

Great prices and friendly people! They are very flexible and accommodating while booking trips! Nothing but good things to say! Our trip was smooth and enjoyable even with last minute changes(for personal reasons) they took care of everything and made it stress free! Would certainly book through them again!

I was completely missinformed about the conditions of the resort and the services that I would be provided. At the end of the trip, I was told that I should have looked at brochures and known what to expect. You are right, I should have, and not paid a bunch of commission fees.

Went to New Orleans through Jetway World Travel and it was the best trip! Everything was planned and taken care of upon arrival. It was non-stop fun from day 1. Cant wait to head to Italy this winter with the help from Jetway! Yay!
